Our "phase maximum is at $300M USD, and our allowable approvals are as high as $1B USD. After that we work in direct tandem with the funding investor(s), who expect an extremely professional package and client.

We have three project transactions in the $2B USD range, and have conducted our highest transaction well above that range.

Once over $300M USD, some strict qualifications may apply.

Everything needs to be assessed accordingly.

If the Loan Prospect will submit a Pre-Ap, we'll have more insight into what they're planning and what LTVs might be at different phases.
